About the photographs
After a few months of moving to Berlin, a feeling of longing came over my spirit. Loneliness felt like an out-of-body experience. These images are the result of trying to channel my feelings: while my identity was "hidden" behind a veil, I was, unconsciously, seeking the sense of home and roots everywhere.

About Cherry Adam
She is a multidisciplinary artist from Caracas, Venezuela, based in Berlin. She works with different formats: conceptual photography/self-portrait, essays, poetry, and field recordings.These pieces are windows to her inner world and inspired by personal experiences.
